Jay was very personable on the phone and helped me pick out the perfect option to suit my needs. EDIT - although charming on the phone I have had many problems including overpriced quotes, provision of electricity through yet another third party again ramping up the price. following the quotes coming through via email I have had so many issues, almost all the details entered in the quotes are incorrect, the quote is over £100 per month more than the quotes received using compare the market. I have since checked on Reddit and it seems my experience is not unique. Tried to use this company to sort my broadband and my electricity bill and it has been a distaster. No doubt they will also make it a disaster for me to try and cancel all these services too.
