Account Suspended Unfairly – Funds Confiscated Without Explanation I had over 1100 USDT in my Stake.com account.
when it was suddenly suspended. After receiving an email, I was asked to submit a bank statement, which I did promptly. Later, I was informed that my account had breached their Terms of Service — without any clear explanation or proof — and my funds would not be returned. I never used multiple accounts or engaged in any suspicious activity. I’ve always tried to follow their rules. I politely requested more information, even asked if I could correct the issue, but they told me the decision was “final and irreversible.” This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair. That money was hard-earned, and Stake.com simply took it without a chance to appeal. I am posting this here hoping someone from Stake’s public support or compliance team will reconsider my case and allow at least a partial withdrawal or further discussion. Please be cautious if you're trusting Stake with large balances — your account can be closed without detailed justification. > Stake replied saying they value fairness, but I was permanently banned even after submitting my bank statement. No specific rule violation was ever shared with me, and my 1100 USDT is still withheld without justification. I’ve already reported this to Curaçao and Binance. I expect transparency and a full refund. > I deposited a total of 1398 USDT to Stake.com through Binance (in 3 verified transactions). After some gaming activity, I had over 1100 USDT left when Stake.com suddenly blocked my account and refused to return my funds, claiming policy violation without proof. I contacted Binance support and submitted the transaction hashes and all proof. The agent has taken my case seriously and said they would investigate. I appreciate Binance’s initial support, but I believe Binance must go further — to flag risky merchants like Stake.com, protect user funds, and ensure accountability when fraud is involved. If Binance wants to maintain user trust, they should not allow their platform to be used for such abuses. Let’s see how Binance proceeds. I will update my review based on their final action.
