Seriously bad customer experience
Seriously bad customer experience. Like I'll pay 5 euros more on anywhere else than to ever use picnic again. They are marketing DHL returns like it's a thing and when they are at the door, they don't take it claiming it's too big. Wait, if there is a size limit, why not add it ANYWHERE in their campaign? Literally DHL did the same thing. When I contacted support I got smartass answers from someone telling me it's super easy to just go to a DHL point and drop it off, and stop crying about it. Nice going.
