ABSOLOUTLEY HORRENDOUS.
ABSOLOUTLEY HORRENDOUS. Ordered two tshirts for my sons birthday over 2 weeks ago. Contacted CS multiple times, said that UPS had tried to deliver the parcel twice, then admitted to not having tried twice when I pointed out it was returned the same day as it was supposed to be delivered. Now its too late, they talk about German shipping laws? Then they've sent a message saying its on the way back to them. Avoid at all costs, ABSOLOUTLEY LIVID
