Problems
We hired the smallest vehicle for 3 weeks from Auckland airport. I give the experience a 2 because the car keys didn't work (we had to manually put the keys in the door), one of the doors didn't work from the inside (you couldn't get out, which I thought was a bit of a safety hazard), but most frustrating was the hob. We tried to cook pasta and waited 40 minutes for water to boil before giving up. Useless. Also slightly concerned that the steering wheel vibrates when you get to about 60kmph and when you get to 90 the sky roof blows open. Also we had an issue with a faulty valve meaning we had to deal with a flat tyre. I cannot be the only person who has had issues like this. The vehicles are very old and poorly designed. I forgot to mention a bit of the car at the front hangs down and scrapes the ground every time we go round corners. There is no way that they check their vehicles properly when they rent them out. We have just had so many issues.
