Reported these scammers to my bank. Paid the 50p and then noticed it wasn’t the official government web site. The next month £7.95 had been withdrawn from my bank account and would have continued to do so.

I got a letter in the post today that I didn’t ask for and don’t want. It’s an invitation to claim married tax allowance. But how do they know my address. They got it from Lloyd James Media Ltd. First you have to submit all your personal details including you National Insurance number. If the claim is for £500 you received £242.. If you claim directly from HMRC, you get to keep £500
