Delivered in the RAIN
The delivery driver left my pictures out in my driveway when it was raining. I was out of town during this so they were soaking wet by the time I got to them. When I brought them inside and opened them up, stain was dripping off the paintings and got all over my floors, white cabinets, white countertops. The company still has yet to issue me a refund. I chose them because they are Texas based and I heard great things about them but they don’t seem to have the best customer support when it comes to dealing with issues. I provided proof of all this via my RING camera footage and photos of the damage with visible water damage.
