I have always been hesitant to use sales people that come to the door but I found DES not pushy at all and explained everything clearly. Team putting up scaffolding arrived on time as promised. The solar installation team likewise were on time and fitted everything in the timescales promised. The aftersales has been great with any questions I have had. This is new technology and a lot to understand but all my queries about the system have been answered. I would highly recommend them if you want great service and after sales.
