Unreasonable ban

I use the app to polish my language skills, and for no apparent reason I got banned from the app. The reason for my ban was obscene content. I was fully (actually over clothed due to my work) clothed, and I pointed the camera at my feet as I was walking. I have tried to contact ome.tv e-mail several times to remove the ban but to no prevail. The app is otherwise very good but their management is useless.
