First time leasing online! Nervous… needn't have been
Having leased my vehicles always through main dealers I was nervous about doing this online. I did my research and Select were one of two online leasing companies I spoke to. Ultimately I chose Select due to the helpfulness upfront and on each occasion I needed to discuss the vehicle requirements before proceeding. Shout out to Melanie Nice! I would add the staff member who helped me during the process, post agreeing to proceed,was equally helpful. Other than the avoidable delays caused by contract documentation being requested quite late in the process (unnecessarily as plenty of time for it to be sorted much earlier as I’m used to), plus my signature not being accepted I found the process on the whole to be very good. When the correct vehicle (Hyundai Tucson) arrived on the agreed date - much to my relief - I was delighted! Many thanks to the Select team. Highly recommend.
