We had a fantastic experience buying our R&M Cargo e-Bike from Torque Electric. Elliot and Kathee patiently walked us through all of the options and the pros and cons of each. Once we'd narrowed it down to a couple of front-runners, we arranged a test ride to help us decide. After making a selection and placing the order, Elliot and Kathee kept us up to date with its progress, and on collecting the bike, Elliot set it all up for us and explained everything that we needed to know. They even managed to keep our two girls (aged 2 and 4) entertained with a box of knick-knacks whilst we went through everything! Thank you Team Torque!
