Extremely Poor Customer Service
We had the absolute worst experience with customer service. It took over 2 hours to make a simple change to our company’s subscription. Every time I was asked a question, they would put me on hold for 10 minutes or more, repeatedly saying they'd be back shortly. What should have been a quick 10-minute phone call turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily long ordeal. This level of service is unacceptable.
