Easy Process, Exceptional Results
The entire process was extremely easy. They were responsive and timely every step of the way. They made sure our signs with the QR code were exactly what we wanted, and were open to any adjustments we might want. They also helped us with our questions when we were stumped on what to ask. The finished product (video book) was better then we could have ever imagined! We couldn't help but laugh and smile the entire time watching it and it has a special spot on our bookcase. The concept is really fun, and multiple guests told us they loved it too. Overall I couldn't recommend Live Memories enough! Between their different product options and their great customer service you can't go wrong here!
