Bad Experience with Travel agents
I recently traveled with Amani Travels with my family, including my 8-month-old infant and 7-year-old child. Initially, they kept calling us multiple times for booking confirmation, but once the booking was done, getting further details became slow and frustrating. They charged us more compared to other travel agencies, and yet they didn’t even include the main tourist attractions in the itinerary. The travel agents were extremely unprofessional. Due to their negligence, we had to pay extra for luggage on both legs of our journey because they failed to properly include it in the return ticket. We were stuck at the Kazakhstan airport with an infant and a child—an incredibly stressful and pathetic situation. To make matters worse, the agent was rude and tried to shift the blame onto us. Another family faced a similar issue, but their travel agent handled it well and even compensated them. I would never recommend Amani Travels. They charge more, offer less, and provide zero support.
