By far the worst airline I traveled with
By far the worst airline I traveled with. The normal seat legroom is shorter than any other airline I’ve ever used. I flew from Tampa to Antalya with layover in Frankfurt. The seats of Frankfurt to Antalya flight which ran by Sun Express, was fine, like 32”, a tall person like me can sit comfortably. This flight is around 3 hours, considered leisure so I don’t expect much, the seats had thin cushions and cheaply made but comfortable nonetheless, especially a torture I endured during Discover flight I was shocked how much legroom there was, it really should have been the other way. My Discover flight from Tampa to Frankfurt was the worst flight I’ve ever had, and I flew with Frontier and Spirit Airlines in the past, they were much better experience compared to this pos airline. I’ve figured it’s a long flight so I should pay for extra legroom and go comfortably, being 6 foot and all. To my surprise, even after I paid $69, I was given a normal seat, and their normal seat is extremely short, like 29” so even a short person has to sit up straight. This was a 10 hour torture. I’ve contacted them demanding refund since I didn’t get what I paid for and I got a standard reply asking to wait several weeks for refund. After 3 weeks still no update, no refund nothing. When they take your money it’s instantly taken but when they refund it, it takes god know how long. Nevertheless, I will never fly with Lufthansa or Discover Airlines, even if I have to pay more or travel longer hours with others.
