Protur Calla Millor Majorca
This was a surprise birthday holiday gift from my wife. Our Tour company completed forgot that my wife paid for a special birthday surprise. Even after being reminded at the hotel they still did nothing at all, this amazing hotel with its staff decided to do something special for me and got a special dinner table outside and gave me a bottle of Cava to make up for my disappointment. A special mention needs to go out to SARA in COMEDOR, the service and treatment from her was second to none, she’s an absolute credit to Protur. The hotel is clean, modern and very nice. Service is excellent and the food is the best buffet food that I’ve ever had, you still get freshly cooked meat and omelette. There is a lovely pool with all the usual amenities, but hidden on the 6th floor is an awesome infinity pool with a grill and bar, seating and beds to enjoy the sun and views. The staff are all friendly, helpful, professional, polite and always smiling. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms have everything that you’d expect from a better 4 Star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.
