Unacceptable business practise

Our company pays a 3 year, upfront subscription. This year, the money was taken off my account without any prior notice from Just Host. Furthermore, the description of the transaction did not have Just Hosts name. Obviously I assumed this to be a fraudulent transaction, and instructed my bank to return it. My card was also cancelled for protection, and a new one was issued. Just Host shut down my website: The online chat assistant was uninformed, rude and unhelpful. I had to phone Just Host in the USA to sort this out. Service was re-instated but it took £60 worth of phone calls, a penalty charge by them and an enormous amount of aggravation. I find it utterly unacceptable, that Just Host did not send me an invoice for the due amount, and notify me that it was to be taken off our account. This is not a monthly bill, but a 3 yearly bill. .
