Purchased (on Pre-order) a Hanhart Preventor HD12 from First Class Watches. Overall very happy with the service, I would use them again. First Class watches were very professional and responsive, providing me with regular updates regarding the stock status, and delivering the watch as soon as Hanhart were back in stock. The price I paid was also quite competitive when accounting for the import fees which were included in the GBP sales price (and using the 10% off offer for their mailing list). Hanhart do not offer the option of pre-ordering a watch on their website. Since the Preventor was in high demand and was quickly out of stock again, I am grateful that First Class Watches were instead able to provide a reliable pre-ordering service, which ensured that my specific watch was ordered and reserved for me specifically.
