I was having the worst experience for several weeks with no access to my control panel and speaking to customer support teams who were being completely robotic in not wanting to help. Then, today luckily enough Monica was my support assistant. She is an angel, she went above and beyond to get me back onlline something that in 5 weeks no one tried to. I really appreciate Monica. I was considering leaving after 15 years as the service was bad but Monica made me regain my confidence. She deserves a raise!
