i have to rate redspot car rentals 5 stars. I picked up the car at cairns city and drop off it at airport. There are lots of options for cars and products. The locations are handy. The car is clean , new and in excellent conditions. Staff in cairns city office is so nice and give me a free vehicle upgrade. She also provided some travel advise and voucher. The staffs in airport is friendly and very helpful as well. i would definitely use it in future and recommend this company to anyone.
