Too eager to quote a low price!!!
The phone staff were too eager to make a booking and quote a low price. The mechanic took one look at the job and said it will cost a lot more. Then looked closer and said he could not do it as his stands were not tall enough!! The job was to simply replace 10 wheel studs!!! A waste of everyone's time!!!
