Disappointing courier availability on weekend mornings
I run a brunch spot and Sunday 10-11 AM is my peak delivery window. Courier availability in my area during that window is genuinely poor on Ryde right now. Orders are sitting 20+ minutes. I've stayed on the platform because the merchant tools are better than anything else I've used, but the operational side needs to catch up in my market.
