Josh was extremely helpful and made the process much easier than expected. We experienced great difficulties in being heard by Octopus and had to continually start at the beginning with several different staff members. We were stuck. Josh was a ray of light who took all the stress and frustration away and resolved our issues within weeks. I highly recommend using the Energy Ombudsman as our experience was faultless.
