Ver disappointed in Invicta Corp.
I had purchased a watch for my sons Birthday it has been 3 weeks called every Thursday they always told me it was going out the following Monday still have not received it. Now they blame it in Covid. This is a billion dollar company and you can’t send a order out in time and I paid for 2 day shipping. They want to sit behind a computer so they can send you the same response every time.pick up the phone and lie to me again like you have been. Ver dissatisfied customer. I know you probably don’t care but I am also in retail and I will make sure never to recommend your watches to anyone or your store. You need to have someone call and resolve the issues. Stop sending out automated emails with the same message. I guess I should of checked your rating before I made a purchase with you. As I have stated this will be the first and last purchase and I will Waite to make people aware of this. Do not blame your incompetence on Covid. If you receive this have someone higher up then a operator call me back. Or the next call may be from one of my people. Ray,
