Had to make an emergency trip back to the UK. On my way back I ordered a 30 day package eSIM as it seemed easy. Arrived back to the UK and the Sim package didn’t work. Caused me many issues as I don’t have data. Couldn’t contact any customer service. Finally contacted someone days later who informed me, because I registered it abroad I had lost the package I paid for. So had to start and pay again. No refunds, no apology. No way around it? So I lost my original payment and I can get it back. Now I’ve got to find another sim company. I won’t be using lyca again, I want a refund. Very poor customer service. Just awful. Live chat on their app is non existent and customer call Center options are ridiculous
