I work with Taimly Consulting as an independent HR consultant through my own business, so my perspective is from the partner side rather than as a traditional client. My experience working with Kiffany and Taimly has given me a strong appreciation for the way the company approaches HR consulting. There is a real emphasis on understanding how a business actually operates, identifying practical opportunities for improvement, and providing support that can be implemented rather than simply handing clients recommendations. Kiffany is knowledgeable, collaborative, and clearly invested in both the quality of the work and the experience of the organizations Taimly supports. I’ve also appreciated the trust and autonomy I’ve been given as a consulting partner, along with the opportunity to work on meaningful HR projects across different organizations. Overall, Taimly takes a practical and people-centered approach to HR consulting, and I’ve enjoyed being part of that work.
