For the waves car wash in Hythe, Hampshire. My car was very dirty with ingrained rubbish. He spent a long time trying to clean it to a good standard and had to go over it several times butbwoukdnt stop until he was happy. The customer service from them was incredible. (including phoning their head office regarding an issue with my booking. He sorted it out without being asked). Fantastic. Really impressed.
