I had one of the worst experiences ever…
I had one of the worst experiences ever I went on Saturday 16 th of September at 4:30 there are two people in the entrance looking like gangsters in the most notorious club in the world. They ask if we have reservations we say no so we have to wait they say for one hour so we decided to wait. The time pass the gangster style entrance man didn't know to manage the line and as a result a line consisting of at least 30 people waited at least two hours. They give no explanation and respect and then we ask why you can not do right the job that you have been asked for he said that you can not complain and the complains are not acceptable! This man the only thing that knows to do well is to threaten and showing no respect to clients. No muscle man if you want respect you have to give the same to the people and not to sabotage the place that you work!!! Not to mention that you have to pay before the extra cost of entrance an extra 3 euro reservation fee in order to treat you like human ! I have also to say that they don’t even mention that you must swim naked! Please be careful they will mistreat you and if you dare to complain for been misinformed and mistreated they will threat you ! The authority for the rights of consumers must intervene in this place and check what is going on. We are in Germany not in third world country. Strongly not recommended!
