Poor handling of our apartment and unprofessional

I was provided with the incorrect email address when I phoned to email my notice to vacate and so need to pay an extra months rent. When trying to contest this, my partner was hung up on and we were threatened with having money taken from our bond, which is a breach of the tenancies act despite my offering to pay the remaining rent. My partner was also hung up on when he tried to explain the situation as well. In addition, when trying to change bank accounts at the beginning of the year, another month's rent was taken from the old account instead of the new one, causing an overdraft of over $700. I hope in the future their staff do not mislead and make the same mistakes with others as the experience I have had with them over the past two years has been unprofessional.
