pretty disappointed in this company
pretty disappointed in this company. I ordered 10 frames from them so i spent a good amount of money. my first order arrived and all of the pictures were not in the frames correctly, with some of the foam ripped and 1 of the frames actually pretty broken. i made a ticket for it and days later they said they’ll send me a new one. so a week later i get the rest of my order and the 2 20x30 frames were so broken beyond repair. i dont know who is packaging these items but i am so disappointed. i emailed back and it took forever for someone to get back to me but they said they’d refund me. so i email back and ask how much. i don’t hear back but 3 days later. meanwhile im trying to call or use their chat feature in their “open” hours and it always says they are closed. i finally get an email back saying i’ll get refunded 80.40 back… when i should be getting atleast 118 back. i currently have made another ticket because i can’t get a prompt response. i won’t be ordering from this company again. thankfully the other photos are salvageable but i had to get each one to fit nicely in the frames even with some of it ripped (luckily you can’t see it it’s covered) but my two big frames i can’t even use. incredibly disappointed and im hoping i get my correct refund back
