Horrible customer service, late delivery and return policy
Horrible! Ordered a futon cover from Amazon. It took a week to deliver and since we needed one before that, we got another one. Now, we just learned that we have to pay for our own shipping cost back. No where on the Amazon listing that this is mentioned. We contacted the seller and they argued that it was shipped "on time." As consumers, we only care about delivery date, not shipping date! Most of us pay for Amazon Prime to get fast shipping and hassle-free return. Not with this company. They should NOT be allowed to be on Amazon!
