Very rude
Very rude. Had a very bizarre conversation with a property manager from the company. He was very loud and very rude and kept saying very contradicting things like “you need a parking permit, but there is no parking enforcement company to issue them, so you can’t park”. Lodged a formal complaint and passed the matter on to a solicitor as it’s not acceptable. He also left a letter “instructing” me to move the car “immediately”. The car wasn’t at the property so he posted it through my door! Update: following on from the post, the manager promised a letter of apology for “the way the staff member spoke to me”, nothing to do with the removal of this review as he wasn’t even aware at the time that I had posted it. However - as seen from his response below - the letter never arrived and it turned into an issue about parking and not the rudeness of the staff member. Luckily, this is a civil matter than can be pursued away from a mere letter of apology that the company promised and failed to deliver. They blamed the “client” for not issuing the apology they promised for the manner of the staff member - which had nothing to do with the issue itself. Second update - based on update below - the company believes if you do something “wrong” you deserve to be talked to in any manner that is not professional and respectful. Point made. Clearly respect is not in their handbook.
