DO NOT RENT WITH ACORN. Acorn Lettings are one of the worst letting agencies that I have ever known. I rented with them for one year and the experience was awful. The building had no hot water on a number of occasions and they didn't even reimburse fees having to shower elsewhere. They are never on help to hand with anything but if your rent is one day late they threaten to remove you from the property. Overall, a terrible and unhelpful agency - all they care about is money.
