AVOID at any extra cost
We had an absolutely nightmare experience with them in Poznan Poland.Noone was waiting to greet us on the airport.With small child and plenty of luggage at the evening we had to call them and looking for the office by ourself.When finally arrived to the desk all the mess has began.The guy who suppose to deal with us spoke barely any english(luckily for him and us I'm Polish and was able to speak to him).Our contract was a proper mess with plenty of hand writing notes on it.Everything was sweet and nice until we said no to extra charges.We found out that extra insurance we paid in UK it's not valid and we should pay again to him to avoid any reduction from our deposit in case of accident or demage.The amount of deposit he asked us to pay was 150 euros more than we had on our email.He become very annoyed and tried to convince us that's the company's policy.In the meantime we have checked the official website where deposit of 600 not 750 was required.He contacted someone else from the company about our deposit.The guy was very rude and arrogant with no respect to the customer.Guy who was renting us the car wanted to rush everything was frustrated that we wanted to check the state of the car and millage.He said that car was washed today but It looked like just rinsed with cold water.when he got his papers signed he vanished ASAP without explanation how to leave the airport gates. We used car rentals a lot in different countries and never experienced such an unprofessional dodgy company like them Definately AVOID
