Impossible to contact

I have used their software at companies I have contracted for previously and find it works well, however try to make contact with them to buy it and you're wasting your time. It's hard to locate a phone number from their website and when I finally found one you're on call waiting forever, I did manage to leave a message one of the days I called, (it doesn't always work) and the message said they would call me back but they never did. this was the sales number so if you can't make contact with the sales team what hope do you have on talking to someone if you have an issue. Such good software completely let down by customer services. One of those companies you absolutely dread having to contact. You know the ones!
