These Radiators WILL downgrade your EPC!
What an awful experience from beginning to end. I shall hate looking at these stupid radiators. Note: these radiators DO NOT benefit your EPC rating ! I understand how to measure the volume of a room and could have sized the heating capacity of the required radiators with basic information if it had been provided. However, I needed a salesman to do this, a cost hidden which could be a benefit to the customer. I was given a delivery date about 2 weeks before the installation. Given the house was undergoing significant renovations I refused requesting the installers bring the radiators with them. Not possible. So I had an a.m. delivery booked for the radiators. They arrived at 14:45. Nothing a.m. about that. Wasted day! The following day was due to be installation. About 8:45 I had a hunch it was going to go wrong, so I called the office to check. They called the installers who reported back they were 45 minutes away. 20 later another call from "Trust" saying the installers had broken down! Installation cancelled. It was too late for me to organise work for the day. Total days list of work = 2. I have a conversation with a manager about compensation, I email him my accumulated complaint. He emails me - but doesn't sign the letter and sends it to someone else's email address - which I discovered says later wandering why I hadn't had a response! I get another install date. So third day waiting in to discover the install had been cancelled because of my email - but noone told the customer!!!!. I get another date, the following day promising the installers will be arriving between 8a.m. and 9a.m. After some chasing, they rock up at 10:45. So not now a morning install. They didn't know they were supposed to be on site by 9! They work for 1hr 35 minutes and break for lunch. I can't deny them lunch, but what gives them the right to deny my 4 days of work. The install cost was £450 for a morning's work. Rip-off. Between all this, despite the salesman seeing the consumer unit (fusebox) and wiring for the radiators, I keep being offered new fuse board and what about your wiring, they say. ??? Given all this, they still will downgrade my EPC for using them. Any ingeniousness or insightful intellec in developing and building this product is far undermined by the chaos that has ensued. I deeply regret using them. "Trust" is an unsuitable name for this business. As a property developer, they have lost more business than makes any sense .
