I flew from Frankfurt to Rostov through…

I flew from Frankfurt to Rostov through Prague on October 14, 2018. Paid 650$ round trip for economy. Delayed twice with no explanations, very uncomfortable seats, super cramped, nothing for free, even water. Nothing was offering in the airport at the pre-boarding area, just a vending machine with sweet drinks, no water. Lost luggage, when delivered four(!) days later, it was damaged and no information. I know better that it is pointless to complain.
