DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We booked car hire through EasyJet with Auto Union. Someone from Auto Union was supposed to meet us at Kefalonia airport. They did not, despite the fact they had our flight details and they can see planes landing out the window - apparently it was my fault the flight was 30 minutes early! I had to ring their head office in Athens to find out what was going on and actually get someone to come and find us. We were charged extra insurance and given a car that was far too small, not what we had ordered. It was so tiny it could barely get up the hill to our villa. On return, we were told the car was dirty (having already told us we had paid extra for insurance) which it was not. I dusted off the seats and the employee refused to even look inside the car. He then charged an extra E83 for cleaning which was totally outrageous and a total rip off. NEVER EVER use this company. I have also complained directly to Auto Union and to EasyJet.
