Great communication,honest retailer

I ordered an Xbox Series X 3 weeks ago.As currently stock is too low and demand too high I decided to give to this small retailer a chance and I placed a preorder.The site said that it was expected April to May.I payed in advance.As soon as I placed my order I sent both to email and to Facebook messenger of the company asking confirmation of my order,although I also received email with my order minutes later.I got a reply on Messenger within an hour by Luke who confirmed my order and assured me everything would be fine.I was lucky however to win an Xbox Series X when I entered a competition for a radio station and I heard my name as a winner.That happened days after placing my order to the store.I messaged again on Facebook to explain and ask a refund.Luke congratulated me and arranged immediately my refund.He explained the process that it could take up to a week and very professionally he made me aware that they also sell games and accessories for it.I wrote this review because I read some other reviews here calling this small retailer a fraud or scam and it is not true at all.Bear in mind that it is a couple of people running this small business.If you choose Facebook to contact them they see it quickly and they respond really fast.If you want to check the legal status and that the company is legitimate they have on their website their registered number as a company so you can check who is the director,the address and everything.To sum it up Luke does a great job dealing as fast as possible with queries.If you see a product with about the same price in big retailers and small retailers my suggestion is to prefer the small ones unless you see a really good deal to the others.That contributes to a healthy economy and perfect competition.
