Worse customer service ever
Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. 6 months and I am still trying sort this problem out. I had a Samsung phone and a Lyca esim. Phone broke and I have not had use of my numer since December 2024. They ask for information tat I cannot provide, last 2 dialled numbers. I am partially deaf and and only use my phone for texting. I am told that they can't use these numbers to gain access. Absolute useless, it gives me no confidence to continue with them.
