Snhu enrolled me without consent
They automatically enrolled me in two classes for a semester when I clearly signed a form to withdraw from SNHU! I withdrew in October 2024 and it’s currently March 2025 so what is going on? One of the advisors said “you have to complete two forms to withdraw, the form to withdraw from your current classes and our school” like okay I signed the one y'all had sent me and told ya’ll I wanted to withdraw from the entire university? I’m just now hearing about two forms?!? Yet y’all can automatically enroll me in classes I’m unaware about with no consent and have financial charges to my account? Also they reached out to me on a Friday at 2 pm while their office hours close somewhere after 3 pm. I guess I’ll hear back Monday or something hopefully from someone who actually knows how to do their job because they aren’t getting a dime from me from classes I didn’t even sign up for! Start my new job Monday that I was super excited about and now I also have to deal with someone else’s mistake! :/
