Their billing cannot be accurate
Have been getting bills of around $350 a month for a two person household. Circumstances in the house then changed by the following factors: - House reduced to one person and lost the person who worked from home 4 days a week, had up to three showers a day and constantly used the heater. - Person left in house went from being at home most days, to being away from the house up to 12 hrs a day. New bill comes through and I'm expecting it to be at a minimum half the cost, instead it's still $300. Something is just not right with their billing but I have no way to dispute it.
