WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
this is the worst customer experience I have every had in any store. I had paid $130 for delivery for my appliance and they NEVER SHOWED UP. They gave me a 4 hour window, when it is supposed to be 2 hours, 12-4. At 4:30 I called the driver who said he is 15 minutes away and I was next. Then at 5:30 I called again, he said I was next. 4 HOURS LATER at 8:00PM I called and the driver said yeah we might be headed out your way tonight, idk though. I made it clear that it is unreasonable I have wasted 8 hours of my day waiting for a delivery and he said " look its not my problem you can either wait for me to come which I might, or suck it up and reschedule". Waited for a manager to call me for 3 days, never called. I called them they said that they do not refund delivery fees even when the item is not delivered. They could not give me a reason why but said they refused to refund deliveries, and that I can reschedule but no guarantees. On top of that, I had to leave their store early on 3 different occasions because I was being harassed by one of their employees saying sexual inappropriate things to me and about me in front of me. I was a huge advocate of this store for their quality items and great prices but their service and employees are the worst I have every experienced and will NEVER recommend or shop here again. 712 Thompson Ln in Nashville, do not go here.
