I have been a happy customer for almost 20 years! Their internet services and packages have saved me lots of money all these years compared with if I had stayed with one of the big players. From dialogue and wired to broadband and wireless, the upgrades and changes of plans were done smoothly and professionally with transparent information. The speed and support are reliable and excellent. In 2021, I had connectivity issue. They arranged a technician to come to diagnose the cause after the technical assistance over the phone didn't solve the problem. It turned out that the modem I rented from the company was broken. The modem was replaced, and I received credit for the days without internet. I was very satisfied that the company handled the issue in a timely and methodical manner with the focus on customer service. I highly recommend this company!
