Lebara uncontactable/difficulty terminating contract
Sim arrived as promised within 2 days. Tried 4 times to activate sim by phoning a friend, but kept getting 'cannot connect to mobile network'. 5th attempt succeded, by same thing happened when testing out sim on another friend. The message to activate the internet didn't work. Tried their messaging number, but got message ' cannot connect'. Tried their phone number but that terminates call. Tried email, but apparently it can take 5-7 working days and they wont accept termination via this method, only phone or chat. Chat is automated in response and when you request to speak to someone, nothing happens. I ended up having to leave wish to terminate via comment on chat on how to rate your chat experience. I will now have to contact my bank to issue me with a new debit card to prevent them taking any more money out of my account.
