Recieved the wrong item... Still waiting for my correct order.
I ordered online and received the wrong item (Smaller and cheaper version of what I did order). I immediately contacted them with a photo of the wrong item. 3 days later they responded asking how I would like to return the incorrect item with no mention of when/if they would send out the correct order. Went with the option for a courier to pick up the wrong order but 3 weeks later it's still sitting in my garage and the product I paid for is nowhere to be seen.
