Life changing experience 💕. I started Lin in March 2024 to help with severe migraine disease. My wonderful Lin Coach Becky A. and all the technics I have learned not only have significantly lowered the frequency and intensity of my attacks, but had help me address many of the underlying causes of my chronic pain condition. I have gone from 22 to 6 monthly excruciating headaches in 8 months. My coach has truly supported me through difficult times and help lower my use for acute migraine medication. As I graduate I feel confident that I have the tools to continue on my own.
