FastHost used to be OK, but Support pages useless
We have used FastHosts for many years, generally it has been OK. However, the support system has been updated and is now awful to use and get a response from. When you create a ticket you can only enter 500 words, no images of what the screen shows you. I am still awaiting a response from a ticket submitted 4 weeks ago. There is no way to update or comment on this submission. When you go to the uk guides support site, and select a menu item, instead of getting support pages you get pages offering all the products FastHosts offer with options to purchase them. Come FastHosts sort this out. Thanks for the reply. However I did not get the email. This may be because FastHosts only reply to the Account Holder (accounts) and not the person (IT support) who requested help. Their new ticket system only shows the support request and no replies by FastHost! So it is currently useless.
