Autounion Malta
This is for AUTOUNION - MALTA Unprofessional & non customer oriented service coming from the management. On the second day of using the car we could not start it, road assistance came over and noticed the battery's cable was gone and couldn't stay attached. He said to bring immediately the car back as it is dangerous to drive. We lost the whole morning (10% of our time in Malta) bringing back the car and waiting for an exchange. Not only we were not offered a compensation neither an upgrade, but also none apologies were given. The icing on the cake was that we had to pay a tank refill of 13€ on a malfunctioning and not properly maintained car used 1 hour. Resulting us being charge gasoline to bring the broken car back. Seriously?
