Nothing was too much trouble.
We started to look at solar a year ago when our bungalow was due to have an extension. Dom and his team were recommended and they travelled 5O miles each way to advise us and answer all our questions along the way. We had an unbuilt extension that made matters difficult. Nonetheless we received a 3D drawing based on our roof design, prices, advise and information that generally reassured us. Along the way legislation changed, our plans too and we had three more on-site visits be for our eventual installation recently. Nothing was too much trouble. Rival installers offered desktop valuations with guarantees of cheaper prices. Others offered all sorts of incentives just to get the sale but none seemed to have the care and attention that we needed as solar novices. The scaffolding went up (as planned), the install team arrived (as planned), the installation went ahead (as planned), and we are happy with everything. We were talked through the app that shows you everything and we subsequently immediately got all the necessary documentation and certificates that our electricity supplier need to allow the export of solar power. We would highly recommended them should you be fortunate to be in their north west of England catchment area.
